Smallpox leakage injection

Waterproof injection engineering

High pressure injection engineering is a technology that uses continuous mechanical pressure to inject foaming agent into structural cracks. The foaming agent is injected into the water using a high-pressure injection machine, and the leaking area will be filled with the expansion of the agent. This technology is usually used in structural waterproofing treatment and structural reinforcement engineering. The main reason is that mechanical pressure can provide higher and more stable pressure, which can allow the agent to penetrate the fine cracks inside the structure to achieve the engineering requirements.

Generally speaking, the "injection" method is mainly used in construction to cause cracks, water leakage, and window frame leakage

There are three situations of water leakage and wall cracks. Inject leak proof materials into the cracks to achieve the effect of leak prevention.

There are three situations that are suitable for using the injection method, and using the injection method can achieve good leak prevention effects.

1. Residential window frames leaking water

2. Wall cracks and water leakage

3. Local cracks and water leakage caused by construction

At the same time, getting an injection is not omnipotent. It is important to prescribe the right medicine according to the situation. It is not necessary to tell the master to get an injection as long as there is a leak, but if there is an area with a "circuit" or "pipeline", water leakage may occur. If leak proof materials are injected, it can easily affect the operation of the circuit.

Preliminary construction steps

1. Find cracks. Identify the leaking area. If the base layer is damp, clean the accumulated water first. If the wall is dry, use an air pump to remove surface dust.

2. Drilling. When drilling, the thickness of the concrete structure should be taken into consideration, and the distance between holes should be determined based on the actual leakage situation.

3. Bury a water stop needle. A water stop needle is a connector for injecting grout into cracks.

After the preliminary preparation work is completed, prepare for grouting. When starting grouting, the pump pressure must be low, and gradually increase the pressure to allow the grout to flow out. The slurry will gradually leak into the cracks. When the slurry reaches the adjacent grouting hole, stop grouting and move to the adjacent grouting nozzle to continue grouting. Grout in sequence, then return to the first grouting nozzle and grout again in sequence. After grouting is completed, remove the grouting nozzle and seal the remaining holes with water without leakage.
